ORDERS:

All items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days or longer days.  

Orders will be sent by courier. 

Once the item has been sent to you, a tracking code will be sent to you. 

IMPORTANT: These dolls are not suitable for children, they are decorative items.

CUSTOM DOLLS:

No custom dolls at the moment. 

CURRENCY EXCHANGE:

Prices in USD or any other currencies may be subject to change depending on exchange rate on the day of purchase.

DELIVERY TIME:

Delivering an item to the United States generally take around 4-5 working days to reach destination. During the Holiday Season it might take slightly longer. 

Your country may impose VAT, customs fees and/or other taxes. Please note that I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees for international orders, they are sole responsibility of the buyer.

RESERVING AN ITEM (Layaway):

Reserving an item is not a problem. I would require a non-refundable deposit of 80 Euro. The the remaining balance should be paid within 30 days. 

If the balance is not paid and there isn't any communication from the buyer, I reserve the right to resell the doll with no refund due.

RETURNS:

All items are made with care and love, pictures are taken as much as possible in natural light so that you can have a clear idea of what you are getting. 

However if you are not happy with my creation or there is a problem, please contact me as soon as you receive it or within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods. 

 If you would like to return the item you must do so right after finding out that your purchase is not satisfactory and after notifying me and within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods.

I will refund the cost once the item has arrived back to me in its original condition. 

Shipping fees for returning the item are not refundable.
