Once upon a time there was a cute bear who loved riding his bike...this is a story from the past, when it wasn't unusual for an animal to play just like a child would do.
In those days you could see bears playing with balls, riding bikes and playing with toys.
It was all considered normal, and humans would not interfere; they would instead observe them in awe and respect.
Sadly that is a past that is now gone forever, but I was lucky enough to make a representation of what it must have been like to see a bear on a bike.
Of course the bear has my own style with newspaper scraps and decorations. Nevertheless it is a cute chubby bear riding a vintage metal mini bike.
The tiny bike I used for this work of art is a true vintage item, it is between 35-40 years old.
I just cleaned it but I left it in its original color.
I thought I would place this super cute and unique bear in a glass bell as it is so precious...
The bear is hand sculpted with paper clay and decorated with newspaper scraps. It has a ruffled lace collar.
The base of the glass bell is made of cork, on top of it fake grass.
It is a cute little Teddy totally hand sculpted in paper clay and decorated with printed paper scraps.
I do not use molds, each and every doll is unique and hand sculpted. This is a One of a Kind doll.
This doll is made with paper clay over a solid armature.
This is an art doll and it is not suitable for children, like any piece of art, please make sure she is displayed away from direct sunlight and humidity. Please handle with care.
This doll will ship with courier (DHL, UPS or others) to her final destination. Shipping is free for the US, Canada and Europe.
The doll is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity.
